Financial Statements

Introduction

The Financial Statements tool is an Excel file with spreadsheets that combine beginning and ending two-column Balance Sheets listing both cost and market values, a Cash Flow Statement, an Accrual Adjusted Income Statement, a Statement of Cash Flows, an Owner Equity Statement, a Valuation Equity Statement, a set of schedules for the Balance Sheets and Cash Flow Statements, deferred income tax calculations for the Balance Sheets, and the Sweet Sixteen Ratio calculations based on both cost and market values in the Balance Sheets.

The Cash Flow Statement included in this package of financial statements can be used as a stand-alone financial statement. The income statement is presented in a two-column format, comparing a cash-basis income statement to an Accrual Adjusted Income Statement. The Financial Statements tool comes pre-populated with sample data from a case farm ranch.
